Birthday Parties
Ages 2+
What could be more fun than bringing your friends to your circus party!? Circus Parties are 1 hour 50 minutes in length. 5 minute prop play as kids arrive, 1 hour of instructor led circus fun (floor acrobatics, aerial trapeze, hoop, rope and silks, juggling and hula hoops!) and 45 minutes for food (organized by parents, NUT FREE please) and presents.
During this time our coaches will do face painting and balloon animals for each child.
Birthday Party Details
- The cost for up to 15 children is $445 + HST
- The cost for up to 20 children is $520 + HST
- The cost for up to 25 children is $595 +HST
- The cost for up to 30 children is $670 +HST
- Maximum 30 kids
- We require a $200 deposit (non-refundable) to book a party.
- We do parties for all ages (teens and adults included!). The tone, equipment height and actives are adjusted accordingly.
- The parent(s) of the birthday child must remain for the duration of the party.
- Maximum 50 people total
- Party timeslots are available on: Friday evenings & Saturday or Sunday daytimes.

Party FAQ
- Parents can arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party and have 10 minutes to clear out at the end. The parent(s) of the birthday child must remain for the duration of the party.
- Party timeslots are available on: Friday evenings & Saturday or Sunday daytimes.
- Kids should wear comfortable clothing (no dresses or jeans) and bare feet or socks. Gym attire is better than traditional 'party' attire.
- Parents are responsible for all food (NUT FREE only, please).
- You may decorate if you wish, but please bring sticky tack (no tape is permitted on walls). The space will be full of circus equipment, which is colourful, but some people choose to bring in a banner, balloon bouquet, etc.
- Parental accompaniment required for children under 3, otherwise parent(s) of birthday child is required to stay. Parents of guests can drop off or stay, as you wish!
- The cost for up to 15 children is $445 + HST

- Party package to be confirmed the Monday of the party week. Last minute increase in party size may be accommodated, when possible. Please update ASAP if you want to request an increase in number of guests. There is no price adjustment to decrease package size after Monday of the party week.
- Deposit amount: $200 to hold date/time. Remaining balance will be due the Friday of the party weekend.
