As many of you know, Summer Camps have been cancelled for 2020 due to COVID-19. This was a difficult decision to make, but as always we continue to prioritize the safety of our students and staff. Our focus is being put on planning for the Fall Term in September. We will post details here as soon as we have them! We must wait for TDSB to finalize their plans and then it will take a little time to adapt our schedule and curriculum accordingly. Registration for Adult Aerial, Beginner Adult Aerial, & Circus Flexibility Classes – on Hiatus

Age 18+   Pick just one or any combination of classes!

 

Adult Aerial Class:

TCC Coach Wesley on Aerial SilksFly through the air with the greatest of ease! Have fun as you build strength, flexibility and agility through circus training. Aerial trapeze, hoop, rope and silks are offered, with the option to specialize if you wish. All levels welcome.

Beginner Adult Circus Class:

Have fun as you build strength, flexibility and agility through circus training! Aerial trapeze, hoop, rope and silks are used in combination with ground-based training techniques to get you up, up and away in no time. All levels welcome, this 1-hour class is especially geared towards adults with little to no circus experience.

Circus Flexibility w/ Aygul:

Aygul Memet balancing on her hands with candlesticks held in her feetDramatically increase your flexibility with top contortionist from the Chinese circus and Canada’s Got Talent finalist, Aygul Memet. Improve posture, relieve pain, increase range-of-motion for all sports and improve your lines for dance or aerial acrobatics. A solo- and partner-stretching class whose curriculum is taken from gymnastics, personal training, Chinese and Russian professional circus coaching techniques.

Beginner Flexibility:

Dramatically increase your flexibility, improve posture, relieve pain, increase range-of-motion for all sports and improve your lines for dance or aerial acrobatics. A beginner-friendly stretching class with curriculum taken from gymnastics, personal training, and Russian professional circus coaching techniques. All levels welcome – exercises are adapted to your individual needs.
